Italian Egyptian hybrid buffalo project

South Valley Land Reclamation Company and the Upper Egypt Development Authority to develop an executive plan to establish an animal production breeding farm for Egyptian-Italian hybrid buffalo from the output of a development farm west of West Minya and expand it gradually as an alternative to the proposal to establish a farm based on weak breeds (Sudanese and Somali) with coordination from the National Service Projects Agency.
